Working Principles of Superfine Self-Diffluent Classifier (air classifier, jet classifier, multi-classifier, grinder & classifier, mill, crusher)
The materials enter the classifying chamber through the feed system, and fully mixed with the air to make the materials fluidized. The coarse particle settles down due to its own gravity, while the fine powder is brought to the turbine classifying sections by the uprising airflow together with a few coarse particles. The coarse particles and the fine powder will be separated by the centrifugal force of classifying wheels and draught of blower. The qualified fine powders will pass through classifying wheel to be collected by fine-powder collection system, while the coarse particles will be letting down along the cylinder wall by centrifugal force and gravity. In the end, the coarse powder will be discharged from the bottom of the classifier.

LHB Superfine Self-diffluent classifier is a new-type classifying equipment, integrating self-diffluent classifying technology and centrifugal classifying technology.
1.The energy consumption can be decreased by 50% under the same throughput compared with the traditional turbo-type classifier, and the classifying efficiency increased by 50%.
2.Compared with the traditional turbo-type classifier, its rotating speed of the classification wheel can be reduced by 50- 60% for the same separating grain size to insure the classification precision and increase the mechanical stability.
Its standing structure with single-classify wheel can overcome faults, such as unstable flow-field from multi-rotors structure, low efficient classification, etc.
3.Accurate cutting points, no big particle in the final products.
4.Good abrasive-resistance, especially suitable for classifying super-hard and high-purity materials.
5.Large scope of classification, particle size 3~200um, the models can be randomly selected under for throughput 0.03~100t/h.
6.It can separate the coarse powder of the super micro-powders and nano-powders, classifying the materials with different densities and shapes and strong glutinous and agglomerate materials which are difficult to disintegrate and flow.
7.It can be combined for operation in closed circuit or open circuit together with pulverizing equipments.
