Working Principle

The LHT/Y Grated permanent magnetic separator is effective, automatic and continuous permanent magnetic separator assembled with bar magnet provides removal of ferromagnetic material and tramp metal from dry or wet material flow.

Performance and Characteristic

The powerfrugal magnetic separator is designed on the shape of discharge valve; the rotating speed is just controlled by simple circuit without electrical excitation, the attenuation of magnetic force for bar magnet is less than 5% within eight years and service life is more than 15 years and is reused also. Bar magnet made from the third international generation composite rare-earth strong-magnetic alloys Nd-Fe-B is well established for its high coercive force(The peak magnet field intensity is 12,000Gs), high remanence, magnetic force, large handling capacity, adjustable rotating speed, high sharpness of separation, reliability service, long service life, easy operation and installation. Working temperature of standard product≤80, and we can also offer the product whose working temperature can be used up to 200. We can offer customer the design for permanent magnetic separator which is suitable for different end interface and different magnetic density according to the requirements.

Application Fields

It is applicable to remove iron from powdery, granular, lumpish in cement, building materials, chemicals, coal, food, plastics, refractory, and can be in conjunction with the various belt conveyor, vibrating conveyer, electro-vibrating feeder, discharge chute,irregular hopper etc.
